Uplift900 Sit/Stand Desk Base

This ergonomic electric sit/stand desk has 4 preset settings for you to designate the perfect height for when you are sitting and standing at your computer.

For the desk topper: If you already have a desk maybe you can disconnect it from the base and attach it onto your new sit/stand desk?

But personally if you want the best bang for your buck here's my suggestion:

Buy: 1 sheet of 3/4" plywood (I like furniture grade for this, but anything would work).

Cut: Usually you can get someone at the lumberyard to cut it to size for you (I personally like my desk toppers to be about 48" x 32", but anything between 43" and 96" wide is fine on this base!)

Finishing: all that's left is the finishing... You will need: sand paper, a mask, paint or a good thick clear coat, and a paint brush. (before I paint I like to use a router to round off the corners, but that is up to you)

* when buying paint make sure to choose a good heavy-duty one that won't get sticky and that can handle the occasional coffee spill :)
