Lunapad - Pantyliner Mini
Pantyliners are a wonderful and lightweight option to deal with the day to day.
Medical Grade Silicone DivaCup. Takes the worry out of staying active while on your period.
.
How many do I need: You only need one DivaCup because you can simply wash with gentle-soap (DivaWash is a great option) and water, twice each day during your cycle as directed. After your cycle is finished for the month you should boil it for 20 minutes to be sure there is no remaining bacteria.
It is recommended that you also wear a pantyliner along with the Divacup to catch anything it misses, so you should assume 1 to 2 pantiliners per day of your period while wearing the DivaCup.
